Almost half our missionaries are under 35 years of age and very creative. 
But we need $ to develop more of our missionaries as leaders. Some examples include: 
We run ‘Emerging Leaders Initiative’ to build 15 young missionaries for new roles ($35K)
We could fund childcare at our Leadership Summit so our missionary leaders could attend without distraction.($10K)
Funding for specialist skills training, or theology training. ($10K)
New Missionary Orientation instills leadership skills ($20K)
Missionaries in 5th year are offered Quinquennial retreat for them to plan their next 5 years" ($10K)
