John serves as the Campus National Strategy Co-Director in Australia, where he seeks to Connect, Build and Send Christ-centred disciplemakers who launch and lead spiritual movements.   He lives on the East Coast of Australia alongside his wife Debbie, who is the epitome of wit, wisdom and warmth. 

He is passionate about seeing people come to know Jesus throughout Australia, and beyond our shores.  Debbie partners with John behind-the-scenes, joining in on mission trips, providing pastoral care to local women, and supplementing their income by working part-time as a pharmacist.   

University students are the leaders of tomorrow. Yet today they are searching for meaning & community. There are over 1.5 million students in Australia. In 2024, there were approx. 825,000 international students from ~165 nations. These include 150,000+ students from China, the world's largest Communist nation. 135,000 students from India, the world's largest Hindu nation. 23,326 students from Indonesia, the world's largest Muslim nation.
