I serve as our HR Team Leader as we seek to see everyone in Power to Change Thrive.  Our Team looks after missionary applications, training, coaching, all the legal stuff we need to collect and keep for our members, we also run various systems that help our members stay on top of finances, report to ministry and care for those serving overseas or coming to Australia to serve.  We have a wide scope, all we do enables people to Encounter Jesus Today, Impact Australia Tomorrow and Reach the Nations for Eternity.
